RETURNS POLICY:
You may return unworn, undamaged and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase starting the day you receive your order. CDs and DVDs will be only accepted when unopened / sealed.
Excluded from returns policy : merchandise especially prepared for a specific client (clothes by mesure or adapted), underwear, earrings for hygienic reasons.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Always include the original invoice with the returned goods.
Complaints will be dealt with within 15 days.
